The glitz and the glamour of Oscar night has never failed to impress, and the ladies of the evening are certainly glitzy and glittery tonight! All the ladies below incorporated some sort of bling (if not all bling) in/on their dress. The clear winner this year was the rhinestine/crystal/diamond look, so shine on!

Octavia Spencer
How beautiful! She clearly loves the gathered-at-the-waist look, but she looks ethereally beautiful.
Stacey Kiebler
While this doesn't have sequins or beading, this golden dress was one of the best of the night. She's an Oscar who is glowing the brightest on the carpet.
Giulliana Rancic
This dress is so structurally beautiful with all the right elements of jewel and glitz. She looks beautiful!
Mila Jovovich
This exquisite gown fits her like a glove and she works old Hollywood glam to the nines. I simply LOVE this dress!
Jennifer Lopez
A flair for the dramatics, indeed. But hey, if you got it, flaunt it. Truly stunning!
Lea Thompson
So pleased with this shimmer and shine! She proves that even the older contingent of women can sparkle like all the young Hollywood ladies on the carpet!
Ellie Kemper
That hair with that dress is spectacular, and as bright as this dress is its subtly done and fabulously fit! Gold was certainly a color of the night!
Meryl Streep
LOVE! Yet another vision in gold, Meryl is the epitome of class and sophistication. Between Meryl, Glenn Close, and Jane Seymour, it's hard to deny that the veteran women of the carpet ruled tonight.
Melissa McCarthy
Talk about a woman who knows how to dress for her body! The bling is subtle and she lets the material really take over her look in a feminine but strong way. Love her!
Cameron Diaz
Cameron is really known for her minimalism and simplistic style, and she really hits a home run with that here. It's not the most spectacular on the carpet, but it's really got the right touches of glam and sophistication.
Kate Mara
I don't know if it's just because she is in American Horror Story or not, but she is just hauntingly beautiful. The dress is just ok, but put the whole look together, and she makes the look speak for itself.
Wendy McLendon-Covey
This is a bit too bridal for my liking but I don't hate it.
Amara Miller
So cute and a good choice for such a young starlett!
Penelope Ann Miller
Ok, sure why not. I mean, I don't get it, but why not.
Sandra Bullock
I adore this dress so much! Sandra certainly has her own style and she really knows how to mix the hard and soft. Black and white at the Oscars is always a winner (ahem, Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon), and this will certainly go down in Black & white Oscars history.
Melissa Leo
Slightly casual, but it actually is a wonderful dress. I feel like she is always just below the mark of perfection, but it is a beautiful concept. for a dress, i just wish it was a little more composed.
Judy Greer
Futuristic bling counts just as much, but I can't say I love this one. Her hair looks drab and boring. Unimpressed.
Kelly Osbourne
The only lady to wear a real colored bling, she makes a much better impression than her last few awards shows. I can honestly say I love this dress. The hair, no.
Rose Byrne
Black bling was scarce, but Rose pulled it off with a bang! Much better than her odd jumpsuit!
Anna Faris
The other lady in black sequins is modest as can be. A bit overwhelming, I think Rose really takes win on this look. This dress just swallows her up.
